插頭與插座采用D型連接器接口及型譜，可與普通D型連接器實現(xiàn)對接。每一個接觸件均為一個C型濾波器，可根據(jù)需要設(shè)計成具有不同抗高頻干擾能力的濾波連接器，濾波器可根據(jù)需要配置在不同的接觸件上。并可混裝各種濾波參數(shù)的接觸件。接觸件為20號接觸件，端接方式有焊線、直式基板焊接和彎式基板焊接，芯數(shù)有9、15、25、37芯等。 符合MIL－C－24308?。℅JB142A-94） 濾波器與連接器的所有連接均采用鈹青銅指形簧片，接觸可靠，彈性連接，不用焊接，從而可以避免熱應力沖擊損壞濾波器件。 片式濾波器的兩個電極直接與接觸件和指形簧片的彈性凸舌接觸，各個彈性凸舌彼此隔開，并直接與金屬外殼接觸，使濾波信號的對地傳輸路徑很短，又不互相干擾，且設(shè)計有輸入輸出隔離結(jié)構(gòu)，高頻衰減性能較好，經(jīng)測試濾波性能達到國外同類產(chǎn)品水平，性價比遠遠高于國內(nèi)外同類產(chǎn)品。
